Each issue is edited by the firm and reviewed for accuracy, legal exposure and confidentiality before publication.

The contributor lives, works or has recently worked in the country she covers. Distance from the subject is declared where relevant.
A contributor publishes under her name or under a protected identifier. Anonymous drafts are not accepted. Every note is signed by someone.
A note distinguishes between what is documented, what is reported, and what the contributor believes. Readers know which is which.
