Currency & Capital
Managing exposure in an era of currency volatility and constrained access to hard currency.
The Currency & Capital roundtable brings together treasurers, CFOs, banking counterparties, and regional economists to work through the treasury and capital structure decisions that regional operators are being asked to make in an environment of tighter FX conditions, more demanding compliance, and more selective banking relationships.
Format
A closed working session of 12 to 15 participants. Half a day, structured across three sessions: (1) reading the current currency and capital environment, (2) sector specific implications, (3) practical postures on hedging, banking, and capital structure.
Key questions
- What is the credible outlook on convertibility, repatriation, and hedging capacity across the region's main markets?
- How are banking relationships being repriced, for corporates, for cross border transactions, for sanctions adjacent exposures?
- Which sectors are absorbing the tightening most easily, and which are being forced into structural change?
- What does a resilient treasury policy for a regional operator look like over the next 24 months?
Outputs
A closed door briefing note is circulated to participants within ten working days. Discussion is off the record; the briefing note is on the record for participants only.
